On December 9th, 2020 Prof. Søren Forchhammer, DTU Fotonik and his team were awarded winner of the best paper at the IEEE GLOBECOM 2020 Optical Networks & Systems Symposium, for the paper “Fast SD-Hamming Decoding in FPGA for High-Speed Concatenated FEC for Optical Communication.”
