All INCOM partners can apply for grants to projects with the scope of transferring INCOM relevant technologies present at the universities, not already under transfer in the INCOM project. The following rules apply:
- One or more grants up to an aggregated sum of DKK 200.000,- (incl. overhead) / DKK 138.889,- (excl. overhead) are available.
- The grant must be used to cover cost incurred at the INCOM university partners from where the technology originates.
- Application must contain a description of INCOM relevant technologies that are available at the universities and ready to be transferred to one or many of the INCOM industry partners. Specifically, the application must contain:
- Overall description of the technology to be transferred
- Name of the technology and agreement between donating INCOM university partner and the receiving INCOM industry partner
- Project plan and schedule for the transfer

The granting committee is the INCOM Advisory Board who will make their decision along the following guidelines:
- Subject is INCOM relevant
- Subject is within the partner’s field of use as outlined in the INCOM Collaboration Agreement, schedule 1 (Document: “8057-00059B - INCOM_Exhibit_5_ Collaboration Agreement”)
- Only expenses held/to be held - within the duration of the INCOM project are eligible
- Applications will be scored by the Advisory Board using scoring parameters
